Within Goodman’s portfolio is a recently acquired existing warehouse located in Moorebank, approximately 30km from Sydney, Australia’s Kingsford Smith International Airport. In early 2008, Goodman decided to convert the warehouse to VNA racking to meet the requirements of a new client.

In anticipation of upcoming projects, CoGri Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CGM) was born. The new company will help facilitate the group’s projects in Malaysia, with its first contract awarded for a new 50,568m2 Distribution Center in Bukit Beruntong, requiring a Pile Supported Metal Fibres Reinforced Slab.
