Between April to June, the Face Consultants team have been working on projects across the continents.
FACE were in Bahrain for 10 days, working for a flooring contractor and using the FACE Digital Profileograph, FACE tested the floor for compliance with CAT 1 and FM2 (Special) TR34.
The same team member has also been assisting FACE Middle East in their project for a Project Management company in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, with the client trading in the pharmaceutical storage and distribution sector. FACE ME provided design and supervision for the construction of Superflat floors.
In Malaysia, FACE worked with CoGri Malaysia Sdn Bhd, assisting in the construction of a new DC for a leading supermarket chain.
Working with another a flooring contractor, in Porto, Portugal, the contract was to provide site supervision for both jointless and saw-cut concrete slabs approximately 7000m2 and provide Free Movement survey to FM2 of TR34.
In Greece, FACE was testing for floor compliance to DIN 18202 and DIN 15185.
In Al Ain, UAE, FACE worked with a flooring contractor, for a date production company. FACE was supervising the casting of a new freezer store, totalling approximately to 12,000m2. The floor was tested to FM2 specification of TR34.
Following the stringent four year surveillance visit by UKAS, it has been recommended by the assessors that FACE keep their accreditation. Well done Duane R. Scarfe, FACE Operations & Quality Manager and his team.
