A CoGri Floor Is The Cream Of The Crop

CoGri Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (CGAP) have signed a contract with a food product firm in East Java, Indonesia which will give them a CoGri floor at their new premises

P.T. Lautan Natural Krimerindo (P.T. LNK), are a food and beverage company that specialise in non-dairy creamer products, and are opening a new warehouse in the area in May 2016.

CGAP said: “We were contacted by PT LNK in October last year. They told us about their new project, and that they needed a company with experience and expertise in providing them with the best floor for their new unit”

“We went to see them, listened to their plans, and we discussed how we could help them” they added. “Their requirement was a warehouse floor, built to TR-34 FM2 tolerance, and within that they needed aisles which met with the DM1 tolerance.”

The 6,300m² floor includes 1km of aisle – so this isn’t a project for just anybody.

CoGri’s solution, agreed by PT LNK was to build a Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete Slab on piles for the new warehouse to TR-34 FM2 tolerance, and Laser Grinding the aisles to meet DM1 tolerance.

In February this year, P.T. LNK’s representatives visit reference sites in Singapore to see for themselves just how good a CoGri floor is. Discussions and technical exchanges took place between CoGri and PT LNK’s team and consultants, and they were awarded the contract in June.

CGAP start the work in February 2016, and the CoGri Floor should be completed by May.
